Neighborhood parade

 We've lived in this neighborhood for 8 years and this is the first time we've participated in any of the neighborhood association's parties/activities.  So this year I made the kids help me decorate our wagon and told them we were going to walk in a parade.  Liam was amenable to the idea, and Maggie just likes to ride in the wagon.  They had popsicles and ice cream sandwiches and pop/water/juice for us to enjoy afterward--Liam had a popsicle AND a sandwich, plus juice.  Half of Maggie's popsicle ended up on her outfit.  And I'd forgotten to get a picture of the two of them beforehand, hence no cute sibling pictures.

They also had a raffle and Liam won a $50 savings bond!  How cool!

I love that Liam is holding Maggie's hat instead of her hand.
